For any 1-2-1 or group session, it is advisable to have the correct equipment with you to ensure that you can perform each session to your potential.

Swimming – pool

  • Goggles and a spare pair
  • Swimming costume
  • Swimming cap – optional
  • Towel
  • Kick board, Pull buoy, Hand paddles, Fins
  • Drink and post training snack

Swimming – open water

  • Goggles and a spare pair
  • Swimming cap – high visibility is preferred by most lakes
  • Towel
  • Body glide
  • Wetsuit
  • Swimming costume / tri suit
  • Warm clothes
  • Drink and post training snack

Bike Sessions

  • Road worthy bike – get your local bike shop to service your bike
  • Cycle helmet
  • Cycle shoes – optional
  • Mobile phone and money
  • Turbo trainer (towel, trainers)
  • Water bottles and food (gels and bars)
  • RoadID – optional

Running

  • Trainers
  • Heart rate monitor – optional
